The sewing factory 'Eurasia Group' expands production in the Osh region

Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Investment Agency under the President, conducted a working visit to the sewing factory "Eurasia Group," located in the Osh region. According to the agency's press service, the purpose of the visit was to study the progress of the second phase of the investment project aimed at expanding the enterprise.

The factory is located in the village of Kashkar-Kyshtak, in the Kara-Suu district. A key objective of the visit was to understand the current state of work on expanding production capacities. The total investment in the project, including the first and subsequent phases, amounts to 40 million dollars.

As part of the second phase, it is planned to increase the existing production capacities, build new sewing workshops, and launch a modern dyeing shop. These measures will allow for the creation of a complete production cycle—from textile fabric to finished products.

The launch of a full production cycle is expected to reduce dependence on imported textile goods and increase the level of localization. Additionally, the project will have a significant socio-economic impact: as a result of the factory's expansion, it is planned to create over 600 new jobs.

Ravshanbek Sabirov emphasized the strategic importance of this project for the development of the light industry in Kyrgyzstan and expressed the government's readiness to support investment initiatives aimed at regional development and the creation of new jobs.
