The purpose of his visit was to familiarize himself with the progress of the investment project concerning the second phase of the factory's construction. The total investment amount, including the first phase and subsequent ones, is $40 million.
As part of the second phase, the following is planned:
- increasing production capacity;
- construction of new sewing workshops;
- creation of a modern dyeing workshop.
The completion of this phase will enable the establishment of a full production cycle—from the manufacturing of textile fabric to the tailoring of finished products. This will significantly reduce dependence on imported textile products and increase the level of localization in the manufacturing sector.

As a result of the factory's expansion, the creation of more than 600 new jobs is expected, which will be a significant contribution to the economic development of both the Kara-Suu district and the entire Osh region.
Ravshanbek Sabirov emphasized the strategic importance of this project for the light industry of Kyrgyzstan and expressed the government's readiness to support investment initiatives that contribute to regional development and job creation.
The factory was opened in 2024, and it was reported that upon reaching full capacity, it plans to export its products to the countries of the Middle East, North Africa, the European Union, and the CIS.
