He noted that such a practice could contribute to the emergence of corruption schemes and monopolization.
“I do not want to accuse you, but it is necessary to pay attention to the risks. Your ministry has control and regulatory functions similar to those of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor's Office. However, if they start to finance themselves independently, it could lead to corruption. We have already encountered a similar situation when special accounts were deemed ineffective and abolished,” the deputy emphasized.
