Committee members also noted the importance of constant monitoring and regulation of prices in the construction industry, as well as the need to take measures to ensure housing affordability and to train specialists for this sector.
In addition, deputies raised questions about the need to improve the process of issuing permits for the design and construction of real estate objects.
