The Eurasian Economic Commission Council has decided to implement a mechanism for financial support for cooperative projects in the agro-industrial complex (AIC) using the budget funds of the Eurasian Economic Union, as reported by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
It is important to note that this form of support was previously used only in the industrial sector. Expanding this practice to the agro-industrial complex will create additional opportunities for developing cooperation among the EAEU member states.
This initiative is aimed at supporting import substitution, facilitating the processing of agricultural products, and enhancing the export capabilities of EAEU countries, including the Kyrgyz Republic.
Financial support for cooperative projects will contribute to strengthening production chains in the AIC, developing interstate cooperation, and creating competitive products with high added value.
