In 2025, as part of the "Government Accelerators" program, 12 reforms aimed at addressing pressing socio-economic issues were initiated in the Kyrgyz Republic. The press service of the president's administration reported that all planned projects achieved their goals.
Digitization of Transportation Processes to China
One of the most significant reforms was the simplification of the procedure for obtaining permits for road transport to China. Previously, due to the lack of digital solutions, carriers could spend up to 24 hours completing paper forms. Last year, 130,000 permits were exchanged between the countries.
Specialists developed a new e-Permit system and implemented online applications through the "Tunduk" platform. Now, the process of obtaining a permit takes only 10 minutes, and payment is made through electronic wallets.

Simplification of Control at the EAEU Borders
Another important reform was the simplification of transport control at the borders of the Eurasian Economic Union countries. Within 100 days, electronic data exchanges were established, allowing businesses to avoid the need to provide paper documents.
The implementation of digital permits for cabotage transport and the automation of inspections significantly reduced the time for crossing the border, eliminating systemic administrative barriers for logistics companies.
Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed to continue monitoring the implementation of the reforms carried out.
