Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized that the continuation of reforms within the framework of the "Government Accelerators" program is extremely important, and it is also necessary to ensure monitoring of their implementation.
In 2025, a series of 12 reforms aimed at addressing various socio-economic issues was initiated, and today the results of two of them have been summarized.
One of the key outcomes was the simplification of the process for obtaining permits for international road transport to China. Previously, Kyrgyzstan and China exchanged a coordinated number of permit forms, which amounted to 130,000 units in 2025. However, the lack of an integrated information system with the Chinese side created difficulties: carriers had to gather documents, submit applications, and personally visit the Ministry of Transport to obtain a paper permit, which took up to a day. Now, this process has been reduced to 10 minutes thanks to the new e-Permit software, which allows applications to be submitted online and cashless payments to be made through electronic wallets. Information between agencies is now fully exchanged through the "Tündük" platform.
The second reform was the simplification of the transport control procedure at the borders of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union. For many years, entrepreneurs faced the problem of the lack of data exchange between Kyrgyzstan and the EAEU countries, which led to the necessity of providing paper documents and long delays at the borders. Within 100 days, the information exchange system was updated, significantly simplifying the transport control procedure and reducing administrative barriers.
The meeting also discussed relevant issues regarding preparations for international events, the implementation of infrastructure projects, and current tasks, resulting in new assignments being given.
