According to the agency, Kyrgyzstan, together with Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, and China, has implemented the digital platform E-permit, which ensures electronic exchange of permits for international freight transportation. The entire process is now fully automated and carried out in electronic format.
Additionally, a system for the electronic issuance of special permits for the transportation of oversized and heavy cargo has been launched. Now both domestic and foreign carriers can submit applications via mobile devices and receive permits electronically in just 1–3 hours.
