Farmers of Kyrgyzstan received almost 10 thousand units of special equipment on lease

In Kyrgyzstan, the Ministry of Agriculture has summarized the results of its extensive program aimed at renewing the machinery and tractor fleet. Since the launch of leasing initiatives in 2011, 9,725 units of special equipment have been transferred to farmers. The investments made in the technical support of agriculture amounted to 27.7 billion soms, including 81.4 million soms allocated for the first deliveries of 2026.

Currently, seven leasing programs are successfully operating in the republic through "Aiyl Bank" and "Eldik Bank." The terms of these programs are among the most favorable in the region: farmers have the opportunity to obtain various types of agricultural machinery and processing equipment at an interest rate of 6% per annum for a period of up to 7 years. This policy allows farmers to effectively carry out field work and improve the quality of the produced goods without significant financial risks.

The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry emphasizes that systematic re-equipment remains a key priority. Supporting producers through preferential leasing not only strengthens the technical base of farms but also lays the foundation for the sustainable development of the entire agricultural sector of the country.
