In 2026, the launch of five more state programs aimed at preferential financing for agriculture is planned, in addition to the "FSH" program. This was announced on February 11 by the Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, Mirbek Duyyshev.

He emphasized that one of the main initiatives will be cluster financing, which has been in effect since 2022, for which about 4 billion soms are planned to be allocated.
Duyyshev also noted that approximately 1 billion soms will be allocated to support united producers. This project aims to create cooperatives and unite farmers, with loans available at 6% per annum, covering areas such as crop production, animal husbandry, and water-saving technologies.

Additionally, funding for breeding livestock, which started in 2025, will continue, as well as programs to support seed-growing and nursery farms, for which 100–150 million soms are planned to be allocated.

The Deputy Minister added that the requirements for obtaining preferential loans under the "FSH" program have been simplified.
“The requirements are now minimal: for crop production, it is necessary to have land—either owned or leased. Within two months after receiving the loan, a report on expenses must be submitted, and the bank has the right to conduct an audit within three months,” he explained.

A similar process is in place for animal husbandry: a farmer submits an application for the purchase of livestock, after which they provide the relevant contracts and documents, and the bank monitors the targeted use of the allocated funds.
