The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, with the support of JSC "Ayil Bank" and JSC "Eldik Bank", is preparing to launch an electronic queue system for obtaining preferential loans. The development of this digital tool was carried out by the State Enterprise "AgroSmart," which acted as the technical operator, on the "i-Dyikan" platform. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Starting from February 15, 2026, the "i-Dyikan" platform will begin operating, allowing farmers to register, apply for a preferential loan, and join the queue online. The disbursement of funds will be carried out in accordance with the established criteria and requirements of the preferential financing programs. The transition to digital technologies will enable real-time tracking of application status.
The "i-Dyikan" platform will also provide access to the ministry's public services in electronic format, significantly simplifying the process of obtaining them. This new mechanism will be an important step towards improving farmers' access to financial resources and will contribute to the overall digitalization of the agricultural sector in the country.
