The GDP of Kyrgyzstan in January 2026 amounted to 125.7 billion soms

According to preliminary data, the gross domestic product of Kyrgyzstan in January 2026 amounted to 125 billion 718.1 million soms. This is 9 percent more than in the same month of 2025, as reported by the National Statistical Committee.

At the same time, in 2025, GDP growth was 11.1 percent.

According to the National Statistics Committee, more than half (52.3 percent) of the gross domestic product came from the services sector, which is 1.3 percent higher than the December figures of 2025.

The industrial production sectors accounted for 30.7 percent, while the share of net taxes on products was 17.0 percent.

Construction indicators increased by 25.7 percent compared to January 2025, while industry grew by 12.7 percent and agriculture by 3.5 percent.

The increase in consumer prices and tariffs in January 2026 (compared to December 2025) was 0.8 percent. Food products and non-alcoholic beverages rose by 1 percent, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products by 0.8 percent, non-food goods by 0.5 percent, and tariffs for services to the population increased by 0.7 percent.
