A digital system for issuing agricultural subsidies has been launched in Kyrgyzstan

A new automated system called AIS "Subsidy" has been implemented in the Department for the Examination of Agricultural Crops, developed by specialists from the State Institution "AgroSmart." This platform aims to fully digitize the process of issuing government subsidies for seed production farms.

The main task of the system is to minimize corruption risks and ensure transparency in the allocation of budget funds. Now, the process of submitting applications, their review, and tracking the movement of seeds will be carried out in real time.

The functional capabilities of the new system include:

Online applications: farmers and farms can submit documents remotely through their personal account.

Digital signature: all documents and commission protocols are certified using an electronic digital signature (EDS).

GPS control: the targeted use of seeds is confirmed by electronic acts with mandatory photo documentation and indication of planting coordinates.

Transparent logistics: the system allows tracking the movement of seeds between regions and controlling their delivery.

Thanks to automated data verification, the commission will be able to make decisions more quickly, and analytical reporting will provide the Ministry of Agriculture with a complete picture of the state of seed production in the country.
