- the ability to submit and process electronic applications for subsidies with automatic data verification;
- electronic document flow using electronic digital signatures;
- conducting commission meetings in online format and preparing electronic protocols;
- monitoring the movement of seeds, including inter-district supplies and logistics;
- creating electronic acts on the targeted use of seeds with photo and GPS evidence;
- centralized document archive and analytical reporting.
