The First Deputy Mayor, Mirlanbek Baigonchokov, noted that over the past five years, the city budget has tripled.
According to Ruslan Sadyrbaev, the income part of the budget project for 2026 is expected to amount to 32.9 billion soms. These funds will be directed towards the development and construction of road infrastructure, modernization of engineering networks, major repairs and construction of new social facilities, as well as landscaping and greening of districts, including the implementation of other important social initiatives.



During the hearings, city residents raised issues concerning gasification, the condition of roads, sewage, social facilities, and transport infrastructure. Representatives of the mayor's office and deputies of the Bishkek City Council responded to the questions raised, and citizens' proposals were taken into account with directives for the relevant services.
