The Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, Zhanibek Kerimaliev, presented information about this draft law.
He emphasized that the main goal of the draft law is to improve the legislative framework regarding breeding activities.
According to Kerimaliev, changes and additions are proposed to be made to the current law "On Breeding in Animal Husbandry of the Kyrgyz Republic," which constitute more than 50% of its content, serving as the basis for developing a new version of the document.
The draft law also defined key requirements for the export and import of breeding products (materials).
