The presentation of the draft law was conducted by the Deputy Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, Zhanibek Kerimaliyev.
He emphasized that this draft law is aimed at improving legislation in the field of breeding.
Kerimaliyev noted that changes and additions are proposed to be made to the existing law "On Breeding in Animal Husbandry of the Kyrgyz Republic," which constitute more than 50% of the text, which is why a new version of the law was developed.
The draft law also establishes the main requirements for the export and import of breeding products (materials).
