The new rates will be in effect until March 1, 2027. In this regard, the previously adopted orders of the Antimonopoly Service from April 29, 2025, No. 33, and from June 25, 2025, No. 49, are considered invalid.
Rates for Irrigation Water
According to the new price list, the following rates are established (in soms per 1 cubic meter of water):
For land irrigation:
– I–IV quarters — 0.05 soms
– II–III quarters — 0.15 soms
For water use in the energy sector, drinking water supply, and fishery activities — 0.15 soms (throughout the year)
For water use in industry — 0.40 soms (throughout the year)
These rates apply within the Unified Register of State Services and pertain to the supply of water from state water management systems depending on the volume of consumption.
The Water Resources Service is instructed to:
- approve the price list in the established manner;
- submit it to the Antimonopoly Service;
- post information about the rates in official languages in accessible places for consumers.
