Active preparation of irrigation systems for the upcoming spring agricultural work has begun in the Ala-Buka district. This initiative is led by the district agricultural development administration, operating under the auspices of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry.
Currently, special attention is being paid to the cleaning of the Kosh-Terek 1 canal, located in the village of Ala-Buka. The work is being carried out using both mechanized and traditional manual methods to achieve maximum efficiency in the canal's capacity.
These activities aim to reduce water losses and create the necessary conditions for reliable irrigation of agricultural lands. Timely preparation of the canal will provide local farmers with the opportunity to start spring sowing on time and ensure a stable water supply for irrigation throughout the season.
