The authorized capital of "Aiyl Bank" will be increased by 60 billion soms

At the extraordinary shareholders' meeting of OJSC "Aiyl Bank," held on March 3, issues related to the bank's charter capital were discussed. This information was provided by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

During the meeting, it was decided to increase the charter capital of OJSC "Aiyl Bank" by 60 billion soms through the issuance of additional shares. The shareholders also approved a new version of the charter and decided to initiate the process of re-registration of the bank in the jurisdiction of the Kyrgyz Republic.

It is worth noting that OJSC "Aiyl Bank" was previously renamed OJSC "ABank."

According to the latest data, the current charter capital amounts to 16 billion 467 million 480 thousand soms. On March 2, 2026, the government of Kyrgyzstan (Order No. 127-t) instructed the Ministry of Finance to issue state short-term bonds totaling 60 billion soms for the recapitalization of "Aiyl Bank."

The entire amount raised from the placement of the bonds (with a maturity of 15 years and a coupon of 3%) will be directed towards increasing the bank's charter capital.

After the completion of this operation, the bank's charter capital will increase by the specified amount.

OJSC "Aiyl Bank" is recommended to acquire state securities for 60 billion soms and to ensure an annual increase in net profit over 15 years, which will be distributed as dividends to the republican budget.

The State Agency for Management of State Property has been instructed to monitor the process of increasing the charter capital of "Aiyl Bank" and to take into account the requirements of the order when distributing profits.
