The Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry plans to launch a pilot project aimed at stabilizing meat prices and developing meat livestock farming. This was announced by Mukhtar Chynaliev, the director of the Department of Processing Industry and Organic Agriculture, in an interview on "Birinchi Radio."

The main objective of this project is to ensure food security in Kyrgyzstan.

The project will begin its implementation in Bishkek and the Chui region, and if successful results are achieved, it is planned to expand to other regions of the country.

A budget of 1.5 billion soms has been allocated for the implementation of this initiative, which will be directed towards the creation of ten production clusters in the livestock sector. The project covers the entire production cycle: from livestock fattening to slaughter, meat cooling, packaging, and the sale of finished products.

Entrepreneurs wishing to participate in the pilot project must unite and distribute functions among themselves.
