During the meeting, issues related to the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding signed on October 24, 2024, between the National Investment Agency of Kyrgyzstan and the National Investment and Trade Agency of Mongolia were discussed.
The parties emphasized the prospects for developing trade, economic, and investment relations covering areas such as industry, agriculture, tourism, the "green" economy, and digital development.
Additionally, steps to improve the investment climate in Kyrgyzstan were considered, including the draft laws "On Investments in the Kyrgyz Republic," "On Public-Private Partnerships," and the initiative to develop a draft law "On Venture Financing."
In the context of the agreements reached during the state visit of the President of Mongolia to Kyrgyzstan in July 2025, the parties discussed the possibility of creating joint production facilities in the fields of light industry, textiles, and processing industries.
At the conclusion of the meeting, issues related to the implementation of decisions made at the 5th meeting of the Kyrgyz-Mongolian Intergovernmental Commission were addressed, including the organization of joint business missions and investment events.
