
As part of its activities, the institution received funding of 123.0 million soms, which is 10% more than in 2024, when the amount was 111.8 million soms. The budget increase allowed not only to expand the circle of service recipients but also to implement new technologies in the field of prosthetics.
Currently, active modernization of production is underway using allocated budget funds amounting to 97.8 million soms. In accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On State Procurement," contracts have already been signed, and the supply of modern equipment that meets international standards is being carried out, as well as training of staff to work with new machines.
Additionally, new models of orthopedic shoes and modern prostheses for upper and lower limbs are being developed using advanced technologies that take into account the individual needs of patients. This year, prosthetists have also produced the active traction prosthesis "Kibi" and the bionic "Indi" from the company "Motorika," which is a resident of Skolkovo, for children for the first time.
From 2023 to 2025, 34 prostheses for hands "Kibi" and "Indi" were made for children, of which 76% were financed from the republican budget.
Furthermore, as part of the collaboration with the "FabLab" laboratory from South Korea, electronic prostheses for hands were manufactured and provided to two adult citizens in Bishkek.
