“Cameras are installed at the stations, and the operator constantly monitors their operation, including checking the condition of the wires and preventing violations. Safety issues are under constant control,” he noted.
Askeev also added that the charging process is fully automated and is carried out using the Charge24 mobile application, which is used for billing and management.
“Charging is based on data from the application. The driver specifies the desired amount for charging, connects the car, and the process occurs automatically. Payment is also made through this application,” he reported.
According to him, access to the charging stations without using the application is impossible. “There is no way to just come and plug in the car. Everything depends on the program,” emphasized the Deputy General Director.
The company noted that at the moment, no serious problems have been registered in the operation of the charging stations.
