Based on this statement, a criminal case was initiated under Article 165 (Kidnapping) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of operational-search activities, law enforcement agencies were able to identify and detain the suspects: M.B., T.D., and J.A., all born in 2007.
All detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility. During the investigation, it was revealed that there were hostile relations between the suspects and the victim, caused by debt obligations.
Within the framework of the criminal case, necessary judicial and legal examinations have been appointed, and investigative actions are being conducted to clarify all circumstances of the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
