An automated information system will cover key processes such as:
- acceptance of applications in electronic form;
- preliminary document verification;
- payment for services via QR codes;
- sending electronic applications to laboratories and receiving signed protocols using electronic digital signatures (EDS);
- decision-making by the Center's director in electronic format;
- generation of electronic certificates with QR codes;
- maintenance of a register of registered medicines;
- development of a module for analytics and search.
The system will transition all stages of service provision to an electronic format, allowing applicants to submit documents online using EDS, track the status of their applications in real time, and receive automated responses from the Center.
The implementation of this system will create a unified mechanism for electronic document flow between applicants, laboratories, and the Center. The AIS will also be integrated with other state information systems, which will allow for future expansion of its functionality.
