The veterinary service, which is engaged in the development of animal husbandry, pastures, and feed, is working on the creation of an Automated Information System (AIS) called "Registration and Certification of Veterinary Medicinal Products."

The main objective of this system is the complete automation of processes, starting from the acceptance of applications for the registration of veterinary drugs and ending with the issuance of electronic certificates.

Among the key stages that will be automated are:

- acceptance of applications in electronic format;

- preliminary verification of accompanying documents;

- the possibility of paying for services via QR code;

- sending electronic applications to laboratories and receiving signed protocols using an electronic digital signature (EDS);

- decision-making in electronic form by the director of the Center;

- formation of an electronic certificate with a QR code;

- maintaining a register of registered veterinary drugs;

- launching a module for search and analytics.

As clarified by the Veterinary Service, applicants will be able to submit documents online using EDS, track the processing of their applications in real time, and receive up-to-date information about their status. An electronic response from the Center will be automatically generated and sent.

"The implementation of this system will create a unified mechanism for electronic document flow between applicants, laboratories, and the Center. The AIS will also be integrated with other state information systems," the agency noted.
