According to him, the main flow of vehicles, including trucks, passes through the settlements of this district, causing serious problems. Local residents express dissatisfaction with the increasing number of road traffic accidents, which is related to the intense movement of cars heading towards Issyk-Kul.
Isenaliev proposed to relocate the route so that transit traffic does not pass through the villages and noted that the project for extending the road is already prepared. He called for this issue to be prioritized in 2026.
In response to this statement, the First Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications Beknazar Bazaraliev said that work on this issue is underway, and design work will begin soon.
The meeting also addressed issues regarding the condition of the republic's highways and internal roads, which fall under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Transport and Communications, as well as the progress of laws concerning the reconstruction and construction of highways.
