In his address, Turgunbek uulu expressed concern about the spread of false information. He emphasized: "In the sacred days of Orozo and before God, I declare that I did not participate in any intrigues, including the appeal of seventy-five veterans and the collection of signatures. The letter that caused a negative reaction was published in the media during my visit to Turkey, and I learned about it later, without having the chance to respond."

According to him, "in the months of Orozo, as Muslims, we should avoid spreading unverified information and slander against each other." The politician also noted that his health had deteriorated, and he was undergoing treatment, which his close ones are aware of. Therefore, he made the decision to leave politics to focus on his health and personal life, as well as to resign his deputy mandate.

Turgunbek uulu expressed gratitude to his voters for their trust and apologized for his decision to resign early.

He emphasized that during his tenure as the Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, he initiated important bills and made significant decisions for the benefit of the state and the people. Although not all of his actions were perceived positively, each of them was driven by concern for the future of the country and its citizens.
