Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications Ulukbek Janibekov presented information on this project.
As part of the project, it is planned to construct two overpass bridges and a 3.2 km stretch of road in the city of Osh. These measures are aimed at reducing the load on key transport hubs, increasing capacity, ensuring road safety, and developing urban infrastructure.
Project financing will be provided on concessional terms from the funds of the Eurasian Development Bank.
The committee unanimously supported the draft law in the first reading.
