
In Kyrgyzstan, employees of the State Tax Service conducted a tax control raid, during which the import of confectionery products with expired shelf life was halted.
During the inspection of a cargo truck, 4,179 boxes of confectionery products with expired shelf lives were discovered, with a total weight of approximately 11 tons, while the documents indicated a weight of 7 tons.
Additionally, antifreeze additives, accelerators, paints, primers, waterproofing materials, and reinforcement were found.
The tax service officials prepared the necessary reports regarding this case. The vehicle was sealed and temporarily placed in a parking lot. The case has been referred to law enforcement agencies for further action in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
