The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has approved a new procedure regarding the suspension and restriction of the operation of internet resources that contain pornographic content. This decision was signed by the Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev.
The purpose of this document is to implement the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the prohibition of access to websites containing content with elements of a pornographic nature in the internet space of the Kyrgyz Republic."
It should be noted that this law was adopted to ensure information security and to protect citizens, especially minors, from unacceptable content, as well as to uphold moral standards on the internet.
The established procedure defines the mechanism for identifying and suspending the operation of websites that host pornographic content in the country.
