The deputy noted the need to clarify how many objects have actually been privatized and how many of them have been transferred to state ownership on a voluntary basis. "There are reports of cases where property was allegedly privatized, but in reality, it was not transferred to the state and was registered in the names of SCNS employees and their relatives," she stated.
Additionally, Surabaldiyeva added that many entrepreneurs who have fallen victim to "robberies" are afraid to file complaints. "There have been numerous mistakes made by the SCNS in the past, and both former and current employees of this agency have robbed businessmen. People are afraid to file reports because these individuals have connections," she emphasized.
In response to this statement, President Sadyr Japarov said that work is currently underway to identify cases of illegal seizure of property from entrepreneurs. "If such cases have occurred, we will return the property to its rightful owner," he said.
As for the issues of privatizing property in favor of the state, the president added that a review is currently taking place, and a corresponding list will be presented by the end of the year.
