In her address, Elvira Surabaldiyeva expressed gratitude to the president on behalf of the young activists of Bishkek for the opportunity to hold the event on March 8. She noted that the event was peaceful and under police control.
The deputy emphasized that there were no extremist slogans or provocations during the event. “I spent about an hour at the rally and did not notice any calls or propaganda. We can oppose violence through scientific conferences or public discussions. But if young girls gather and express their position, we should not interfere,” she stated.
Elvira Surabaldiyeva also touched upon the issue of complaints from businessmen regarding the actions of some law enforcement officers. According to her, numerous appeals from entrepreneurs who are afraid to file official complaints have been received in parliament.
“Entrepreneurs report cases of pressure and seizure of property, and many of them are afraid to turn to official bodies. I am ready to pass such appeals directly to the president,” the deputy added.
She suggested publishing an official list of property returned to the state to clarify which part was transferred voluntarily and which part was based on decisions by investigative bodies.

In response to questions, President Sadyr Japarov emphasized that he instructed law enforcement agencies to accept all citizens' appeals and conduct thorough investigations.
“I told the General Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the State National Security Committee to accept statements and investigate them carefully. If any employees have indeed illegally appropriated property or money from entrepreneurs, everything must be returned to the owners,” he noted.
The president added that work on investigating possible abuses is already underway.
The head of state reported that the complete list of property transferred to the state will be published after the audit is completed.
According to the president, this concerns not only monetary funds but also various assets — land plots, buildings, kindergartens, enterprises, and other objects.
“After the audit is completed, we will announce the exact amount and list of property. This may take some time, as it is necessary to check all objects,” Sadyr Japarov added.
