As a result of the joint efforts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan and the Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad under the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration, outreach activities aimed at combating illegal employment of Kyrgyz citizens in the Kingdom of Denmark and the Federal Republic of Germany were organized, based on appeals received from citizens.
During the inspection, it was found that the company "Asia Consult Visa" was engaged in the employment of citizens outside the country under the pretext of providing visa support, without having the appropriate permission.
As a result of the conducted inspection, administrative protocols were drawn up in accordance with Article 95 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Offenses, concerning "Illegal Activities for the Employment of Citizens".
Citizens who have been affected by the actions of this company should contact the Sverdlovsk Department of Internal Affairs in Bishkek for assistance.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reminds that employment of citizens outside the country is only possible with the appropriate permission.
