According to the decree, the specified pension rights will be granted to artists who have worked in their field for at least two decades. This applies not only to ballet dancers and performers but also to representatives of mime and gesture theaters, travesty artists, as well as professionals from circuses and concert groups — gymnasts, acrobats, equilibrists, trainers, clowns, and wrestlers who have reached the age of 50, as well as vocalists, choir artists, and musicians performing on wind instruments.
This decree will come into effect on January 1, 2026, after its official publication.
