As part of this plan, the fund will be located in the section dedicated to "Industrialization." The Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Finance have been appointed as responsible for creating the fund, and they will need to determine its funding sources.
The establishment of the fund is aimed at implementing modern technologies, including developments by domestic producers, in key industries.
In the first quarter of 2027, the government plans to develop a mechanism that will allow for preferential financing of industrial enterprises through this fund. Leasing of equipment and technologies on favorable terms will also be provided.
As of the end of 2025, the volume of industrial production in Kyrgyzstan amounted to approximately $9.1 billion.
