The purpose of this document is to ensure the safe transportation of radioactive materials, as well as to align national legislation with international standards and norms in the field of radiation safety.
The implementation of this resolution will be the responsibility of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic, and the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The implementation of the resolution will be financed from the funds allocated in the republican budget for the corresponding year and subsequent periods. The resolution comes into force 10 days after its official publication.
