In accordance with the decree, new rules have been developed to ensure safety when transporting hazardous materials and to reduce risks for both the population and the environment.
The implementation of this document will be under the control of the following state bodies:
- Ministry of Internal Affairs;
- Ministry of Emergency Situations;
- Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision;
- Ministry of Health.
These agencies are tasked with monitoring compliance with the established requirements and coordinating their actions.
Funding for activities related to the implementation of the decree will be provided within the framework of the funds allocated in the republican budget for the relevant financial year.
The new rules will come into effect ten days after publication.
