On January 4, a raid took place in the Issyk-Kul region, organized by the Issyk-Kul Regional Administration and the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service in cooperation with the tourist police. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During the event, old synthetic nets of Chinese manufacture, totaling 1,100 meters in length, were extracted from the waters of the lake.
