This bill proposes to amend the existing ban on the allocation of land within the state residence of the president "Ala-Archa" if necessary to meet social needs.
As stated in the justification for the bill, this initiative arose in response to the need to expand residents' access to educational infrastructure. Due to a lack of available land, it was decided to allocate a plot within the territory of state residence No. 1 for the creation of social facilities. Currently, there is already a social complex functioning here, which includes a school that opened with the participation of President Sadyr Japarov, as well as a kindergarten and a medical center.
The bill aims to adapt the legislation to the already made decisions regarding the placement of social facilities on the territory of the state residence.
According to the documents attached to the bill, it is stipulated that the allocation of land for social needs within the territory of the state residence will be carried out by the decision of the president with the approval of the Cabinet of Ministers.
