The deputy emphasized the importance of determining who will manage the plot—whether it will be a state institution or private individuals. During the discussion, it became known that the plot will be transferred to the Bishkek city administration, where the construction of a school, a primary health care post (FAP), as well as other medical and sports facilities has already been completed. At the same time, as Mavlyanova clarified, the medical institution will not be handed over to private hands.
Additionally, the deputy expressed the opinion on the necessity of creating conditions for the construction of a quality private school on this territory. According to her, many parents prefer private educational institutions, believing that the level of education there is higher. This, in her opinion, will help reduce transportation load, as parents will not have to drive their children across the entire city, which, in turn, will positively affect the traffic situation.
It was previously reported that the allocation of the plot for social facilities on the territory of the state residence was prompted by a lack of available land. Currently, a social complex is already functioning in this area, including a school that opened with the participation of President Sadyr Japarov, as well as a kindergarten and a medical center.
