President Sadyr Japarov, during a conversation with the Kabar agency, touched upon the topic of the "Akyilman" lyceum, which was established with the aim of uniting children from different regions of Kyrgyzstan.

“We opened the 'Akyilman' lyceum two to three years ago, gathering the most talented and successful students from the northern and southern regions. The educational institution operates in a boarding school format in Cholpon-Ata. In the next 2-3 years, we plan to complete the construction of similar institutions in the other regions, with a total of 7-8 'Akyilman' schools across the country,” the president noted.

He emphasized that children from different regions study together, without any division. “Today in Cholpon-Ata, kids from all corners of the country are learning, and in the future, a similar practice will be implemented in Osh and other regions. We hope that this will be the case in all regions,” Japarov added.

According to the president, graduates of these lyceums, after completing their studies at universities, will be able to easily find jobs in government institutions.

“Last year, I initiated and signed a law that has already come into effect,” he reported.

The president clarified that his decision will provide future graduates of 'Akyilman' with employment opportunities, even if he leaves his position in the future and the law ceases to be in effect.

“We are investing state funds in the education of these talented children, who in 5-6 years will take their places in public service. They will become the workforce of the future and help avoid division in Kyrgyzstan,” concluded Sadyr Japarov.
