The General Prosecutor's Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reports that the bailiff service has successfully completed the process of collecting alimony in the amount of 550,000 soms.
According to information from the department's press service, the enforcement proceedings for the collection of alimony from citizen K.Sh. G., residing in the rural municipality of Iiri-Suu, have been concluded in the Uzgen district. Payments were made in favor of K.k. I. to ensure the maintenance of the children until they reach adulthood, with the amount of alimony being 1/3 of his income.
Previously, the debtor did not fulfill his obligations, which led to the accumulation of debt in the specified amount. As a result, the entire debt was fully paid off and handed over to the recipient in cash.
