According to the information from the department, specialists from the Bishkek City Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control are conducting inspections in the capital.


During one of the inspections, it was found that construction norms and rules were violated during the erection of a three-story shopping center on Tokmok Street, 59. A protocol was drawn up against the company OsOO "Sapat House," responsible for the construction work, and a fine of 200,000 soms was imposed. A directive was also issued to rectify the identified violations, as stated in the report.
The ministry reminds all construction organizations and workers that compliance with legislation and standards is mandatory. In case of non-compliance with legal requirements, the ministry will be forced to take appropriate measures, acting transparently and within the legal framework.
