According to the victim, his car was parked in a lot on Panfilov Street when a bag with 8,000 soms was stolen from it.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under the article "Theft." As a result of operational actions by law enforcement agencies, a suspect – A. B. – was detained. He was taken to the investigative department of the Internal Affairs Department of the Pervomaisky District and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
The investigation has established that the detainee may be involved in other similar crimes. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing, and the police are checking for possible additional incidents.
The Main Internal Affairs Department reminds citizens of the necessity to take precautions by not leaving valuable items, documents, and money in cars, even for short periods.
