The major renovation of the Center for Helping Children in Bishkek has been completed. This center provides support to children who have suffered from violence and abuse. Deputy Mayor Victoria Mozgacheva, along with the Director of the Department of Social Development Aizada Junusova, visited the renovated facility and assessed the completed work.
For over 11 years, the Center has offered free services in social, psychological, and legal assistance to children in difficult life situations, including children with disabilities and their families.
During the visit, Mozgacheva and Junusova familiarized themselves with the new, fully equipped offices, ramps, convenient access roads, and parking. They also noted the updated furniture and equipment, as well as the play and consultation areas for children.
The work was carried out as part of the capital repair and construction plan for social development facilities for 2025. Now, the Center, located at: Karasaeva St., 73 (east wing of school No. 14), meets all accessibility and safety standards for children and their families.
The purpose of the visit was to assess the quality of the completed work and the readiness of the institution for full operation in the updated conditions.
