The crisis center 'Ayalzat' has provided assistance to 96 women and 185 children over 2 years















From 2024 to 2025, the municipal crisis center "Ayalzat" provided social and psychological support to women and children who became victims of domestic and gender-based violence. According to information provided by the Bishkek city administration, during these two years, assistance was given to 281 individuals, including 96 women and 185 children.

As of January 27, 2026, there are 40 individuals in the center, of which 15 are women and 25 are children. The facility has a capacity of 50 places.

Women who have experienced violence are provided with temporary housing, psychological assistance, social support, legal consultations, and referral services. The main goal of the center's work is to ensure the safety and protect the rights of women and children.

The crisis center "Ayalzat" actively collaborates with government institutions to prevent violence and provide comprehensive assistance to affected women.

On January 27, during an on-site meeting, the Minister of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kanat Sagynbaev, visited the center and familiarized himself with the living conditions and services provided.

The meeting was also attended by the Deputy Mayor of Bishkek, Victoria Mozgacheva, and the Director of the Department of Social Development, Aizada Junusova.
