Four major CSCs of Bishkek will be merged into a single technological center

At the meeting at the State Institution "Kyzmat," the results of the work for 2025 were summarized, according to information from the institution's press service.

In 2026, the launch of new online services through the portal and mobile application is planned, including:

passport exchange for citizens;
submission of applications for marriage and divorce;
issuance of residence certificates;
optimization of existing online services.

These innovations will allow citizens to receive services remotely, avoiding the need to visit the Centers for Public Services (CNS), which will significantly simplify access to services.

In addition, one of the priorities is the fight against corruption. In this regard, disciplinary measures have been applied to the heads of the CNS in the Osh, Chui, and Issyk-Kul regions, as well as in Bishkek, including reprimands, warnings, and strict notices of personal responsibility.
