Today, a temporary restriction on the movement of heavy vehicles has been introduced at the Too-Ashuu pass located on the Bishkek-Osh highway. This was reported by the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to information from the ministry, snowfall is observed in various parts of the country, and road clearing work is being carried out around the clock. There is also ongoing replenishment of the road surface with a sand-salt mixture.
At another pass, Otmok, located on the Suusamyr-Talas-Taraz route, snow is also present; however, traffic on this road is open.
